Angel Mist

The angel mist appeared,
This for so long,
was something he feared,
But not now,
Now he was ready,
The mist crept closer,
It now filled the room,
His fears had long subsided,
Of his impending doom,
Calmness was now present,
He even tasted that deathly scent,
This was something he had to do,
he had to embrace this new beginning,
It was now his time,
but that time will come to all,
The journey to peace will have already started,
Long before that mist will fall.
