Fell Out Of Time
written by: Daniel S. Liuzzi
I want to run scream and shout
When I’m surrounded by doubt
I can’t grasp the future or relive the past
I’m sailing on an hourglass with no mast
The bright stars overhead like a tent
I don’t look around at the present
I worry about the money I may never spend
It’s hard to feel if my life will ever transcend
I feel I’m past my prime
Falling out of time
Daniel had two poems published in the June 2011 issue of the Taj Mahal Review and in the past contributed to Far Horizons E-mag.
Daniel is inspired by the works of Franz Kafka, HP Lovecraft and Vince Flynn.
