Sappho

written by: Jose A. Tovar

        Because you love me
Stand next to me face to face, shy Sappho,
And unveil the longing in your eyes.

        Because you need me
Sit next to me face to face, belle Sappho,
And exhale the hotness in your breath.

        Because you want me
Lie next to me face to face, strong Sappho,
And unleash the rhythm in your hips.

        Because you read me
Sing next to me face to face, wise Sappho,
And expose the riddle in your thoughts.

        Because you break me
Sleep next to me face to face, sweet Sappho,
And unwrap the soothing in your breasts.

        Because you have me
Dream next to me face to face, brave Sappho,
And expel the demons in your soul.

        Because you see me
Rise next to me face to face, my Sappho,
And unlock the laughter in your heart.

Under the music of the moon
Unlock the story of our lust.
