Skies like Ragnarök

written by: Daniel S. Liuzzi

Their silhouettes like veins in the eye
Naked trees stretching to the sky
The clouds turn the color of coal
The wind whips the trees like an angry troll
As the cold begins to lash
Flakes glide like ash
On the sod cried a crow
As the sun and trees begin to glow
The clouds black but the trees gold
The whirling wind biting cold
Uneasy clouds like a loch
These skies are like Ragnarök
