NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: Deep blue background. Jagged, yellow stars scatter around a white, distorted shape resembling a sheep facing the left. It has a black outline, a black dot suggesting an eye, and the shape of a red heart on its lower left facing side. The words of the haiku appear below the “sheep” in yellow Segoe Script Regular font, appearing almost hand-written. Created in Adobe Photoshop Elements.

I am mostly a visual artist, but I like to create "found poetry", specifically daily haiku made from the statuses of my Facebook friends. It was my Mom who started this, and officially passed the responsibility onto me when she became too busy.
