Autumn Morn

written by: Jodie Kendrick

Blackbirds, gossiping
Bin lorries, labouring
Buses, shuttling
Branches rustling, leaves rusting.

Bored children, bumbling
Busy parents, bustling
Babies in buggies, bawling
Barking dogs and cats stalking.

Blackberries, ripening
Bramley's, falling
Black currants, flourishing
Berries bursting and bracken burning.

Back to school,
Back to work routines.
Beginning of Autumn dawns
'Bye to summer days.
