Crane of Hope

written by: Precibus

The way your thread crossed mine.

You seemed somehow Athenian and so much more sophisticated than me. I was a virgin of wild Artemis, a burning thing untested.

You said I could be great if I harnessed my passion. I didn't know what that meant, but trusting you, I cherished it.

You took my paper dreams and made a crane of hope.

26, just finding my voice. One day I hope to study music and be a professional lyricist. I like to develop my personal mythology to describe life, and relate to old mythology too.
