NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A rosy, nebulous sky, in the middle of which glows a fiery, rising sun. The ground below contains many glowing orange bundles. A white building with a steeple seems to have been torn in half by the cracking open of the earth, and fiery butterflies are rising from the the chasm. Created in Adobe Photoshop Elements.

I am mostly a visual artist, but I like to create "found poetry", specifically daily haiku made from the statuses of my Facebook friends. It was my Mom who started this, and officially passed the responsibility onto me when she became too busy.
