In The Twilight of Neutrality

Time to embark on new journey
Change eyed with apprehension
though it’d bring results pleasant.
As flower that bloomed after the season
to let the fragrance linger longer
the ugly duckling that hatched late
to emerge into beautiful swan
Clarity emerges as rainbow
after prolonged, wet, gloomy spell.
The patient wait brings resilience
to move over stumbling blocks
a lesson learnt with every knock
O mind, stop the internal chatter
not with words batter
Things have now come full circle
Your own thoughts and deeds encircle
It’s time to get out of the vortex
Silence- it’s good for your cortex.
