Lockdown Gone

Lockdown Gone

Lockdown Meetings
Spruced up look on screen
Tight-fitting T-shirts, frilled, lacy tops
A line, Blouson, Cami or Clinched Waist
with or without matching shorts waist below…
Piled up clothes now out
of the washing machine
ready for ironing
reminding you’re at the end
of the tether –
Your wardrobe needs a remake
The old clothes no longer fit
Your finances need planning
The paychecks have dwindled
Hey, tarry a little longer!
Lockdown is still around…..
