NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: White on black image. The words of the haiku sit top and centre in black “Caflisch Script Pro Bold” font. This is framed by tendrils of steam, emitting from cups of tea being held by two figures. These figures seem to be seated on invisible chairs or cushions, books in hand and each reading with a distinct look of disdain. Both wear short, black skirts and hair nicely and neatly done. Lipstick, mascara, and heals are implied.
