Slipping Into Nature
written by: Christina Lawrence
In the verdent valleys
Eyes capering with blithe
Distant drizzles of
the cascades
amusing thy cheek
A gust of breeze
hugs from behind
Reassuring placidity
Foggy swirls took thy
Heart gently to float with them
In the hills harmony
An elegant garment of
grandeur is she,
Covered with
Frills of mist
Adorned with the shades of
Cerulean and sapphire
Viridescent and emerald
Easing thy soul
Mollifying thy mind
