soaped

written by: MR.QUIPTY

@MRQUIPTY

meat in your caustic
cell has been saponified.
the cleansing of laboured
love by dissolution.

essential chains broken
because you were stained.

the burning heat of lust
tossed into a chemical soup
where passion passed for
addiction and fidelity was
a prick.

you clean. stand tall.
on the wax of my bones

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

needs a wash
