What is the purpose of life? A question I pose to myself every waking day and every sleepless night.
Awakening to the journey of life is nothing short of a miracle. From silence and darkness we are thrust into a cacophony of sounds and glaring light. Yet we are unafraid. We, the creation, are powerful. We do not fear our creation. We respect it! We embrace it!
Within this journey a world opens up to us; a world of dreams, thoughts and ideas, a world of illusion, possibilities and reality. The intangible and tangible. A world in which, all things coexist.
As when lovers kiss, eyes tightly closed, energies surging and flowing throughout, turning the physical into the ethereal.
I close my eyes and I am one with myself. My true reality.
Can it be the blind do see, for it is within the darkness that their true essence is revealed. Those with sight are often blind, for what they perceive is often but an illusion
Life is a quest for truth within reality and illusion. The purpose of life, is to live life.
I write because I am:
Driven to distraction by the inequities of the society in which we live.
Motivated by cruelty, abuse, ignorance and indifference.
My intention: To poke, prod and provoke!
