The Greasy Pole of Success
written by: Mark Kodama
The kettle boils at an ever frenetic pace
The faster we run the more we remain in place
We shimmy up the greasy pole of success
Only to slip down into the abyss.
God’s whisper cuts like a knife.
Do something meaningful with your life.
