The Weary Soul

The Weary Soul

written by: Shae T

After a long hike
Sit besides a waterfall
Hear the roar of the water
As it gushes down the rocks
Let the sight and sound
Ease the tension and
Clear the mind
The misty cold spray and
Toes dipped in icy water
Relaxes the muscles
Smell the wet earth
Feast on the lush greens
That’s the way to
Refresh and Recharge
The weary soul
