YOU ARE THE WIND, YOU ARE BOTH THE WIND…

YOU ARE THE WIND, YOU ARE BOTH THE WIND…

You are the wind, you carry myrrh with you.
I want to kiss you so I will lean
where your shadow is shaped,
Mom, to inhale your perfume!

You are a wounded wind, scattered
along with that of Father’s, tangled.
I can’t hear any you, I don’t have you, I never did
I found this way to come closer to you.

You are both the wind, a wind that freezes me
the distance to the stars is hurting me.
A wind blew again this day next to me.
I opened my hands for an embrace

Only the wind is left for me, emptiness and despair
You both are for me only an invisible phantom.
Empty is the place which I stretch out to reach,
so to leave a kiss to an imaginary shadow.

Maybe if I come closer, you will become real.
Your memory inside me is indelible.
Always with me, I have you inside me
you are both for me who I am and what I want.

A wind blew and scattered the vision
And I was left there seeking lost dreams.
My arms are stiff, I feel pain
I seek for your existence with a deep longing…

You are only the wind, you both are only the wind, nonexistence.
But I was blessed to have your name!
