I am currently an M.A. student of English Literature and Culture at the University of Vienna. I am fascinated by magic realism, simplicity and complexity of human and non-human experience and the passing of deep time. Born in Germany with Middle Eastern roots, I spent most of my life in the UK where I fell in love with folk horror and mysticism. Recent reads I've been enjoying are Mary Oliver, Zach Williams and Jonathan Safran Foer.
