I live on the Land of Lincoln shore of the mighty Mississippi with my wife, feathered and furred critters, and assorted river rats. My educational background includes a BA from the University of Nebraska School of Journalism and an MS in Instructional Technology from Western Illinois University. I’ve written professionally as a program research analyst for the NBC television network in Los Angeles and as a web writer for Tamarind Art Gallery in midtown Manhattan. Non-professionally, I’ve published an end-times thriller, “Day Omega” and not-so-published “Quashquame’s Last Stand” (about a resurrected Sauk chief‘s 170 year old spirit out for revenge) and “Smoke & Bubbles – Illusions of Life & Death” (a two volume collection of my shorter stuff. “Dr. Merkle & Mr Hyde” was nominated for Publication of the Year by Spillwords Press 2024 and has been gracious enough to feature many of my other submissions here–thanks for that and thanks for reading!
