Hi! My name is Elvira, and I'm currently doing my Master's degree in English Literature and Culture at the University of Vienna. Ever since I can remember, I have loved the way a few words, in just the right order, can create vivid pictures, haunting atmospheres, or entire new worlds. I grew up with Tolkien's tales of Middle-earth and buried myself in the fantastic worlds of never-ending stories. Alongside writing and reading, I love everything to do with art, plants, and animals. I am also a strong advocate for open communication about mental health—both in literature and in the "real" world beyond the page. Above all, I believe in the healing, uniting, and humanizing power of literature.
