Gary Syck told stories from the moment he could talk. He entertained friends and family with fanciful tales of his daily adventures. He kept telling stories while he became a computer programmer, raised two children and grew old. It was as an old retired man that he began to write his stories down. Writing was just the right challenge to keep his mind active. He lives on a sailboat in Puget Sound near a coffee shop where he keeps typing out stories.
