Joe Silva
Jose Alfredo Silva is my birth name. My friends and family call me Joe. In addition to life, I love writing, music, singing and photography. On Tuesday, March 8, 1966, in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, I received my first spanking and I expressed my first cry. Pajacuarán, Michoacán, Mexico is where I experienced some of the most precious and memorable moments of my childhood life. I lived these moments in ‘Spanish’ and I would not trade them for the world. Although I'm in the printing industry and have been for over 30 years, my true passion is writing. I write about life. The way others live it. The way I see it. The way I feel it. Although most of my writings are in Spanish, I also have written and continue to write many pieces in English. I live a life of gratitude. To all those who are responsible for me finally exposing my written work to the world, I am eternally grateful.
