Kellasandra Ferrara is a former restaurateur and baker who's been jotting down recipes, lyrics & musings forever but finally decided to subject herself onto an unwilling audience. Her debut collection, the award-winning Time Spent Under My Broken Umbrella is an offering of poetry, essays and other musings and is all about time - time dreamt of, loved, lost, misspent and even the expiration of it. Moments in my life where I've come to accept the time I have already used and defend what is left. Available on Amazon and everywhere books are sold. Her second book, called Time Spent Under My Broken Sky is a short fiction collection of a supernatural mystery, a crime thriller, a science fiction drama and a re-imagined fairy tale, launched in July 2025 on Amazon. The Cookbook is still on a perpetual shelf but she is happy to help with any cooking fiasco. She is of Sicilian, Irish, Japanese and Korean descent and lives in Boca Raton, Florida, USA.
