I am a 33 years old mother of two trying to master the ability to focus, not hyper focus. I love poetry and I have not written in many years. Like everyone who has a love affair with words I have been healed through writing. Words have both, preciseness and flexibility. To be able to pick the exact word or bridge of words to express the feeling or thought is a tremendous release.
