Tandra Mishra is a poetess from West Bengal, eastern part of India. She is an honours graduate and post graduate in English. She studied American literature and British poetry. She writes poems since her childhood. She got her national certificate for the first time from Delhi in 2005. Her many poems have been published in online websites and print magazines and anthologies. She is a published author now. Her first poetry book's title is 'Oh Father!' She writes on social issues, specially about women empowerment. She has participated in world peace summit held in Nigeria as an ambassador of peace from India. Her literary works have been published many times in Turkey, England etc. She has been recognised as 'Global Poet' by the eminent poets' forum, 'Global Poets And Poetry'. And she has been awarded many times for writing poetry on peace. Her ironical and satirical works evoke of peace and a better, corruption free society. Her writings evoke to make a better country where everyone can live very peacefully and amiably.
