Every day is a challenge
Every day is wondering
What will happen next
Will there be voices telling me to kill myself
Will I see the demons who always want me to follow them
Everyday is wondering
What will happen next
Am I going to have paranoia
Everyday is wondering
Is that person following me
Or are those people talking about me
Everyday is wondering
Will I make it through today
Everyday is living one hour at a time
Everyday is one more day I’m still alive
Everyday I must be thankful for family and friends
Everyday is one more day!
I started writing poetry since I was about 14. I live with mental health issues which I write about sometimes.
