Wisp On A Moon Beam

Wisp On A Moon Beam

written by: Sandra Henry

Perhaps a dream
is waiting
within Winter’s
lonely chill.
Perhaps a song
is playing
while memories
flow and spill.
Perhaps a tear
is falling
within the
dimming light.
Perhaps one heart
is breaking
throughout the
endless night.
Perhaps a word
is spoken
in comfort
and in care.
Perhaps a soul
takes flight
upon wings
of love to share.
Perhaps a smile
is dancing
along the Moon’s
bright, silver beam.
Perhaps a dream
is waiting
touching closer
than it seems.
