Freedom in the air,
Beauty on your eyes,
Calmness all over your body.
Spectacular surroundings everywhere,
Truly you are the royalty of views,
No matter what anyone ever says,
This is what I believe to be true.
Clear crisp water, no darkness in site,
Fishes swim all around us,
Kissing our feet as they go by.
Sounds of the water falling, sounds like a blessing,
Forever remembering this moment,
Will fill me up with joy.

Aaron McMillan was born in Darwen, Lancashire in 1983. He recently moved to Inverness, Scotland. It is in the Highlands that he began to rekindle his love of writing, visiting, various beautiful and inspiring locations. Aaron believes that everything is poetry; that everything deserves to be written about.
