Killed The Radio

in the past 24 hours

for a timeline cleanse…

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A backdrop of darkened clouds. A vintage radio split in two, each half occupying a side of the image. The space between is occupied by an ornate clock framed by a cloud of gears reaching out from the sides into space. The area closest to the edges of the image is darkened, augmenting the dark feeling of the image. The haiku sits in the top right corner in white “Times New Roman Regular” font outlined in black. The radio is coloured in shades of green, blue, and bronze, giving the impression of aged copper, while the clock and gears tend more toward silver hues, but mixed with aged gold and traces of blue.
