Increase the epinephrine in your body
It’s easy: keep your tummy empty
Turn off the A/C, increase the volume on the radio or the TV,
That should make you uncomfortable and hungry,

raise your heart rate,
make your pupils dilate,
and your insides grate,
Let your anger seethe.
Then wait for a person to cross your path
And strike-
a conversation. Let them speak
so you can rush their words
like you would garlic,
with your mortar-like tongue and pestle-like teeth
You don’t need to use your hand
but if you plan to –
Punch, punch, punch
like you would do to dough
And that’s all you need to pick up a fight
Making peace is far more complicated.

Things to make sure you include for best results:
a cup full of ego and arrogance
if you want the fight to last for a long time
Keep the conscience away; It will prevent
the fight from rising to higher proportions.
