A Horse Stood on a Drop of Rain
written by: Edna Aphek
A horse stood on a drop of rain
Laughing and laughing again
and again.
The sun said: enough
Away with that stuff!
But the horse neighed and just
laughed
The moon stepped in and said:
Wait,
I’ll come to your aid
But the horse just laughed and
sailed in the rain
And no one saw that horse ever
Again
