Now a senior of 80, Allen has been a creator of poetry, art and music (harp) for most of his life. Retired and enjoying a bit of leisure, he leads Seated Tai Chi for Seniors in several senior centers in the Winchester, VA area. Allen lives with his two feline companions, Absalom and Chloe in a quiet, country setting. He continues to create poetry and music as he is inspired.
