Brian L. Hayes is a Geologist, Poet, Cook, and Punster living in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. His poetry is influenced by Rumi, Hafez, Anne Sexton, Basho, and John Donne. He has been published in India, Pakistan, and the United States, recently including the anthologies “Rewind” from Artoonsinn and “Ignite Poetry- Rekindle the Flame” from the Yercaud Poetry Festival. Mr. Hayes lives in a rapidly growing small town with his wife, two cats, and a dog.
