Kat Lehmkuhl is a life-long poet from Ohio in the US. She has been happily married to her best friend, Sean for the past 24 years and has three kids.
Kat has been writing poetry since she was a teenager and has continued throughout her adult life. Poetry has been her therapy and friend during a verbally and emotionally abusive childhood and through many of life’s other challenging times. It has allowed her to put into words the scars and hurt and to document the healing as well.
