Mykhailo Sydorzhevsky
Born on May 5, 1958, in Kyiv, Ukraine, poet, and journalist Mykhailo Sydorzhevsky graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the "Ukrainian Literary Gazette," and the head of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine (NSPU). Mykhailo Sydorzhevsky is the author of several poetry collections in the Ukrainian language, including "Halfway Between Both Worlds", "Invitation to Travel" (translated into Bulgarian), books of journalism, and a book of meditative prose "Patterns on the Parchment of Time". He has also authored many journalistic publications in the Ukrainian mass media. His poetry and prose have been translated into many languages. In the past, he has also worked as an Editor-in-Chief of other publications. He headed the "Literary Ukraine" and the Kyiv City Organization of the NSPU.
