Nancy Johnston dreamed she’d grow up to be either a Zamboni driver or a writer with a home full of books. The second did work out. She now works in Toronto where she teaches writing and disability studies at the University of Toronto. She has a passion for teaching expressive writing and has recently written several chapters about writing in anthologies edited by Eric Maisel, The Creativity Workbook and Inside Creativity Coaching. Also, she’s written short stories for adults and teens such as “Brainiac” for Brave New Girls 4 in 2019.
