Was born in the UK and has lived in West Yorkshire all her life. She has been writing poetry since a child, it was always a positive bright light in her childhood. It gave her a safe place to escape to, to write and clear her thoughts, a place she could speak freely. It was her release, her only string of hope that saved her from her dysfunctional childhood. Writing poetry gave her a voice. She is now an adult and a busy mother of three, who decided to open her own poetry page called Momentous Treasures in summer 2016 in hope she could share her voice with others. She describes poetry as her saviour, it gave her a meaning to life and a new direction that she'll be forever grateful for. She has been able to devote the time she needed to write and has now published her first book called Testing Times and is currently working on her next.
