Heat, a poem by Plamen Vasilev at Spillwords.com

Heat

Heat /in every heart/

written by: Plamen Vasilev

A fiery force that warms and lights,
A power that stirs and brings to sight,
A flame that flickers, wild and bright,
In every heart, a fire takes flight.

With heat, the winter’s chill away,
The sun’s rays bring a brighter day,
The earth awakens, new and gay,
As heat banishes the night’s dismay.

Heat’s warmth on skin, a comforting embrace,
A feeling that the heart can trace,
A sense of hope, a light in place,
That chases all the shadows away.

Heat’s power, a force so grand and true,
A source of life, a gift anew,
A flame that burns, a heart that glows,
In every soul, a fire grows.
