In Eternity

In Eternity

written by: James Bell

Empty soul searching, recriminations and bitter confrontation to the point of being needlessly unkind,
With those losing games of the restless mind one by one all left far far behind;
What then is left still to discover or be taught about ourselves in eternity,
A souless and sometime solitary existence lacking in clarity and without certainty;
Only blood-sweet tears remain when the most wonderous dreams are already long since dreamt, in eternity.
