Lessons Learned

An Arizona girl, Alaska born, Not all who wander are lost is a name Sarah uses to summarize her journey. She has enjoyed being a mother to three daughters, a grandmother, a middle school English and high school humanities teacher, a traveler and a poet. In her travels Sarah has visited Cuba, Costa Rica, England, Spain, France, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, and Greece. Originally Sarah began blogging as a way to remember her experiences, but over time her repertoire expanded as she found community and support from her fellow bloggers. Writing has always been a passion and part of self expression. Recently, she has used her blogging to express her spiritual beliefs, her perspective as an English teacher, and find a catharsis for the stresses and celebrations of life. Sarah’s motto is, "it’s all good." She stands by this not because life is always as it should be, but because she is determined to look for the good and everything.
