Listen as Nature Speaks

Listen as Nature Speaks

written by: Franci Eugenia Hoffman

I’m weary and tired
my roots barely support me
you promised me life
have you forgotten your role
please quench my thirst Mr. Rain

I’m weary and tired
nurturing earth not easy
promised are plip-plops
gently you will be nourished
Mr. Tree reach for blue skies
