Musings of an Unborn Child

Musings of an Unborn Child

My mother is weeping…
She is becoming grave day by day
She is a little bit tensed, shattered and nervous
Whether she is sleeping or not, I wonder…
Mom, Take at least some water to moisten your throat!

I cannot hear any sound around her.
And I guess that nobody is taking care of my mother
She is not even talking to me …
And is lost somewhere!

I can make out that she has moved to the balcony
Standing still – waiting to see someone
I used to kick her when she was on the balcony as if to remind her, that I’m for her and
I’m with her.

But no response! My mother is deeply stressed and she is truly deep.
Today she didn’t go down the stairs.
I could sense her taking a deep breath! Sighing and weeping
Let me sleep for sometime

I don’t know whether I’ll wake up and enjoy the powerful world around
But let me sleep for some time.
