The span of time arches over the horizon and I smile.
Days spent chasing waterfalls and sunrises,
yawn to yearnings, tugging on my sleeve.
Heaven drizzles into my pores,
lighting the crescent moon.
The wind tucks me in under the indigo sky
and blankets me in whispers from the sea.
The waves smooth my rough edges
as the nightingale sings me to slumberland.
I nestle into my future of dreams come true.
