They’re Taking Everything

They’re Taking Everything

Circle, circle, circle up.
Listen here, and don’t interrupt
The sky’s gonna get dark pretty fast.
We have to take steps so that
we can last.

The bang, the boom is what you hear.
But what you’ll see will likely disappear.
The flash, the smoke will go away.
Don’t back down or else
there’s a price you’ll hafta pay.

They’re taking everything.
Oh, they’re taking everything.
Oh, they are taking everything
if it ain’t nailed down,
They’re taking everything.
Oh they’re taking everything.
Oh they are taking everything.
Yes they’re in then they’re out.

Dig on in, speak on up.
Don’t sit down, don’t pass the cup.
The music stops/the chair is gone.
And you’ll be cryin’ unless you get
really strong.

The pack it travels low at night.
It comes on in at dusk and
ducks away from your flashlights.
Then it springs; you turn & look.
Doors are open; mind is shook.

They’re taking everything.
Oh they’re taking everything.
Oh they are taking everything
if it ain’t nailed down,
They’re taking everything.
Oh they’re taking everything.
Oh they are taking everything.
Yes they’re in then they’re out
