My love,
No matter if it’s day or night,
If I’m in the dark, or if I’m shining bright,
Whether I’m happy or I’m sad,
I cherish all the moments with you that I had.
Your love gave me wings to fly,
To soar and to touch the sky,
Your love gave me the strength to love myself,
At a time, when I was hiding in my shell.
Now, all I do is wait,
For a life with you to celebrate,
To love and to be loved in your arms,
To hug you tightly until my heart and mind calms!

I'm a nurse by profession but I love to read and write. I only started writing poems about two years ago so that I can pen down my feelings and emotions. It's a way of expression of my thoughts.
