does my Trickster’s heart

mend a clothing item for

and wait until dark

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A quickly darkening sky over a flat horizon, orange glow just dipping past the backlit ground. Floating upward and left of centre, a huge pair of green, glowing eyes with cats eye mascara, accompanied by a dainty pair of black lipsticked lips. Just below this and under the right-hand eye, a long, spaghetti strap dress with flared hem hangs within the fading glow of dusk. The right-hand side of the image is occupied by the words of the haiku, slanting upward to the right corner in bright green Giddyup Std Regular font.
