Red hues in green
Tree nature
Are wild shades
Saying things
No one expected
Them to say —
Drawing unnecessary
Attention, some might claim.
When we spin the
Colour wheel of the world,
There’s much to learn.
I don’t know all the answers.
I try to listen,
Even when we aren’t
Discussing trees.
