SAILOR!

The dim light of the sunset hurts the day’s eyes.
The day will close its eyes to die.
Another day will be born with the next sunrise.
Sailor, you have given up.
You even reached the coral cave for your mermaid to hug.
Now your boat is as tired as the sunset’s dim light.
Let your mermaid be your illusion on a shooting star.
Sailor, you have been on the sea all your life.
The selfish waves don’t care whom you love.
They keep her not for you in their puzzle rhyme.
The elderly day will soon close its weary eyes.
The dark sky will let the moon smile.
You will leave your boat for your bed to relax.
Your mermaid will not be with you to switch on your room’s bulb.
The young dawn will tell you it was a dream gone with the night.
