Take care to be steady
As slowly you rise
Or know your descent
Will be fast and you’ll crash
The same that applauded
Your rise to the top
Will heckle and jeer
As you fall on your back
So rise, rise, rise, rise
Be humble and wise
As you make your ascent
Of your mountain of choice
