A French Kiss, Please!

The date finished with daffodils,
She picked her bag and turned to door;
After three steps, she turned to say
“Goodbye!” but said, “Anything more?”
I said, “Oh yes!” and left the chair,
Her hair fluttered in evening breeze,
I held her tight to chest, and said:
“A promise and a French kiss, please!”
